Delivery

We want each order to reach you as quickly as possible, please allow up to 7 days for delivery although in most situations delivery is within 3-5 working days. Should you need your item sooner please let us know.

If you have a query about delivery for a product that you have already ordered, please contact us. Rachel Orme takes pride in giving a great service, and that includes efficient delivery. However, there are rare occasions where external factors completely outside of our control can delay a parcel, despite our best endeavours, so we do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances.

Standard orders weighing less than 5.0lbs will be free for delivery. Delivery costs on heavy items weighing between 5.0lbs-20.0lbs will be £10 for delivery in the UK and £20 overseas.

Exchanges and Refunds

How to return or exchange a product

You must notify us by email, in writing or by phone if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item, and we encourage you to outline your reasons for doing so as this helps us to improve our offering.

We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with the seller.

We, as the seller’s payment agent, will process a refund of your order directly to your debit or credit payment card (as the case may be), which typically occurs no later than 30 days.

We want you to be happy with the goods and service you receive from us. If you make a purchase from us you have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Exemptions and exceptions

The following items are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable: personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, fabric, message or other customised aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold.
